The ServiceCenter in the main building Welfengarten, level with the atrium, is the central contact address for information, advice and the answers to all your study-related questions. Here the Leibniz University Hanover puts at your disposal the Registration Department (Admissions Department included), the Examination Office, the International Office (Incomings and Outgoings), the Central Course Guidance Service (ZSB) and the Career Service with its extensive advice and information service. The Student Administration Hanover is present with its Student-Loan (BaföG)-Service as well as compact information from the Social Advice Center, the Dormitory Department and the Refectory Department.

At the ServiceCenter students and people interested in studying will get a comprehensive survey of and information about all study-related affairs. At the service point itself you can as well hand in applications and documents as receive confirmations of registration etc. Requests are dealt with immediately or if necessary forwarded to the according institutions. It is also possible to make a fixed date.

At the information library, the third sector of the ServiceCenter, we will provide you with different means of communication as well as working areas.

The Student Administration Hanover offers BAföG-Service on Mondays to Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. until 17:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. until 15:00 p.m. You can also get compact information from the Social Advice Center, the Dormitory Department, the Refectory Department and all other Student Administration’s fields of activity during these office hours.
